Bible Reading for October 6 (ONPP)
Jeremiah 47 – 49, Psalms 89
Jeremiah 48:7 – The result of defying God’s plan, putting yourself before Him and going on your own.
Jeremiah 48:42 – Because Moab has turned against the Lord, God is allowing someone to come into Moab and destroy them.
Jeremiah 48:47 – God is forgiving of those that return to Him.
Jeremiah 49:2 – Even though Israel and Judah turned their back on God, were carried away to Babylon, and the rest fled to Egypt. God is still preparing His plan and working toward the Redemption He has promised from the beginning. He will bring Israel back to the Promised Land and fulfill His promise.
Jeremiah 49:39 – God is forgiving of those that return to Him.
Psalms 89:4 – Yes! David’s throne is established for all generations through Jesus. God keeps His promises!
Psalms 89:33 – God’s mercy is available to those who trust him.
Psalms 89:34 – God does not change. Malachi 3:6
Psalms 89:47 – Was this psalm going through Jesus’s mind when He was crucified?
Psalms 89:48– Some would say that Enoch and Elijah will have not seen death but I believe that they are to be the two witnesses in Revelation.
