Psalms 119:133 Order my steps in Your Word; and do not let any iniquity rule over me.
Bible Reading for March 17 (ONPP)
Deuteronomy 11 – 13, Psalms 65
Deuteronomy 11:10 – They had to carry water to water their gardens in Egypt but in Israel rain will water their gardens.
Deuteronomy 11:16 – The BIG IF is always present. Each generation, each person must take heed to their treatment of a relationship to Jehovah.
Deuteronomy 11:18–23 – By keeping A good relationship with Jehovah and informing your children, whom you love, of God’s great love for us in words and action you will be helping them to follow the BIG IF to God’s blessings instead of being lost to sinful selfishness.
Deuteronomy 11:19 – Again it is important to pass on what God has done for our salvation to our children, friends, and acquaintances.
Deuteronomy 12:2 – Don’t turn an abortion clinic, bar, or other pagan temple to a false god into a worship center for a church. Destroy them completely because it gives them some sense of authority that in what they built or used, you are worshiping God.
Deuteronomy 12:15–28 – Making sacrifices to Jehovah in the Promised Land required it to be done in the place God chose but just slaughtering a clean animal may be done and eaten anywhere you may be. Yet the blood is still forbidden for in it is life and that is the Lord’s.
Deuteronomy 12:32 – Revelation 22:19 gets more and more support to being part of the original text.
Deuteronomy 13:2 – I’ve seen others (supposed Christians) doing this under the guise of social “justice”.
Deuteronomy 13:5 – Yes it makes me sad to see those that have been taught the truth turning away from it to the world. But being taught the truth they ignore it and follow their own covetousness of acceptance to the world. God will make the judgement of the person’s final position but we are to see those kinds of actions as being dead and repulsive to us.
Deuteronomy 13:14 – Do your research first! Don’t go on emotion only, find the facts.
Deuteronomy 13:17 – Kick the dust of the offending place off of your feet.
Psalms 65:1 – There are times that I have to just sit back in awe of God’s Holiness, Power, Love, and Righteousness. I just cannot find the words to express my soul to Him.
Psalms 65:5 – David realized that God is not just God for Israel but God for all, with the offer of salvation to everyone if they would accept Him and follow Him. You may ask “From what are we to be saved from?” We are to be saved from God’s wrath against those who reject Him.
