Psalms 119:133 Order my steps in Your Word; and do not let any iniquity rule over me.
Chronological Bible Reading for January 14
Job 38-39
Job 38 – This chapter has a reflection in Psalms 30:4.
Job 38:3 – Who can teach God? Who knows the things of God? How did His creation happen and what is it based on? We can only make some assumptions based on what He has revealed in scripture.
Job 38:26 – If God is only swayed by the prayers of men then why is the Earth so abundantly filled with life? God cares so much for His creation that He prepares it for future needs that He already knows will come. We are to pray to Him through the Holy Spirit and this Spirit of God will draw our prayers to conform to His will.
Job 39:14 – The male ostrich cares for the eggs and chicks and has several females lay in his nest and leave.
