Chronological Bible Reading for March 29
Joshua 22-24

Joshua 22:2 – These men have been away from their families for a long time and now they are dismissed to attend their needs.
Joshua 22:5 – Joshua is worried that the three groups will stray from God’s Law because they live on the other side of the river. What he should be more afraid of is that all of Israel will forget God’s Law and start depending on their own strength as God had told him through Moses in Deuteronomy 4:25–28.
Joshua 22:11 – When there is a lack of communication then there is a lack of understanding. Each party needs to be open to listen to the other’s reasoning.
Joshua 22:27 – We should all have a witness that shows evidence of our belonging to the family of God.
Joshua 23:12–13 – This sounds like a prophecy to warn Sampson as well as all Israel.
Joshua 24:6 – There should not be any other gods in Israel. Yet the heart of a man is evil from his youth.
Joshua 24:15 – The decision is always ours to forsake God or follow Him.
Joshua 24:23 – Why are there strange gods? Did these gods provide the victory to plunder the cities? No, these were the idols in these cities. They should have been burned or melted not venerated.
